Selling Your Washington DC Home “As-Is”

So if the inspection reveals issues, you can still sell your home depending on the other contingencies in place.

Due to the Regional Congestion Relief Fee, the seller of a home in Northern Virginia will have an added tax rate on the sale of his/her home of +$0.15 per $100 of value to total $0.25 per $100. This would be an increase of $750 on a home sale of $500,000.
